Why does nothing happen when I puff on my Nicovape® Q?

You may have accidentally locked your Nicovape® Q Device. To unlock it, tap the USB-C five times or reset it by removing and replacing the cartridge.

If your Nicovape® Q Device is flashing or vibrating, it may be alerting you to changes in the device status, such as the liquid or battery level (see “What do the Nicovape® Q LED colours and vibrations mean?”)

How to connect to mynicovapeQ

Your Nicovape® Q device is fitted with NFC technology for easy 'tap & go' connection to most smartphones into the mynicovapeQ portal.

Hold your device so the NFC mark is against the NFC antenna on your smartphone.

Once your device vibrates and the LED flashes blue, a browser notification will drop down on your phone. Tap this to access the portal.
