What do the Nicovape® Q LED colours and vibrations mean?

The LED lights on your Nicovape® Q Device can indicate several things:

• During inhalation/use
  • RED and vibration – “No-Liquid” alert.
    Either:
    • Nicovape® Q Cartridge is empty, or
  • • Your Nicovape Q Cartridge was temporarily unable to generate an aerosol*
• After inhalation/use
  • PURPLE – under 20% of the Nicovape® Q Cartridge remaining.
  • RED and vibration – Nicovape® Q Cartridge is nearly empty. Please replace.
• When touching the USB-C port
  • GREEN – 100 to 50% battery life remaining
  • AMBER – 50 to 20% battery life remaining
  • RED – under 20% battery life remaining. Please recharge as soon as possible.

*The Nicovape Q device is designed to prevent you from using it if the atomiser doesn’t have enough liquid. This can happen if the cartridge has run out of liquid or if you have been holding the device in a way that prevents the liquid from reaching the atomiser.

However, if liquid remains, reset the “No Liquid” alert by removing and reattaching the cartridge.
