Make a warranty claim
All Nicovape® Q products come with a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from your receipt date of purchase.
Additional information
If a manufacturing defect is verified during the claim process, you will be entitled to a free replacement of your product.
This warranty may not apply if you cannot present proof of purchase, or have damaged your product.
Damage can include exposing a device to moisture, dropping it or otherwise damaging it. For cartridges, this can also include prolonged exposure to sunlight, changes in air pressure (e.g. flying), and incorrect usage.
If you think you may have accidentally damaged your product, we’re still here to help. Please get in touch and we’ll see what we can do for you.
Please allow up to 5 business days for our technical support team to assess your claim.
If your situation is urgent, please visit the pharmacy that supplied your product to request an immediate replacement, or contact us on 1300 642 682 (Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm AEST).
